The Bullet Hole Shooting Complex will be offering a course in Basic Unarmed Personal Defense.

There are times when we could find ourselves unarmed and facing an attacker, or surpised by an attacker and not have enough time initially to get to and draw our firearm if we are a Concealed Handgun License holder. These skills are an important extension of any person's arsenal for self-defense.

Don't be fooled by others. Our course is taught by an expert in the field of unarmed self-defense with combat proven effectiveness.

The course covers:

Self-defense Awareness levels
Predator vs Prey mentalities
Psychology of an Incident (Flight vs Fight syndrome)
Prevention Tips
Vulnerable striking areas on the body
Basic striking techniques
Basic self-defense responses to common attacks
